stylish stay with great city views
hotel design rooftop terrace water dispenser excellent amenities
i appreciated the hotel's design in various spaces. the rooftop terrace boasts gorgeous views with its restaurant and bar. i found the water dispenser on each floor an excellent idea. the breakfast offered a fantastic fruit selection i also enjoyed the excellent amenities, including the restaurant, pool, and spa treatments.

the hotel is near the center the hotel has good access to key points in the city. this location provided easy access to dining and attractions perfect for exploring the area without long commutes or complex navigation.

central location shopping mall infinity pool
The location was central allowing easy access to key attractions. i liked that the hotel sits above a shopping mall. It proved convenient for grabbing essentials. the rooftop terrace provided great views. I enjoyed the infinity pool and sunbathing area.
the room lighting seemed disorganized! it felt too technical and dim.

Stylish Stay in the Heart of the City
clean design quality breakfast ample loungers free parking
The hotel was impressively clean. Its modern design provided a fresh experience. Breakfast included a wide range of quality options. The rooftop pool had ample loungers and a relaxing atmosphere. Free parking was available in the downstairs garage. I appreciated this greatly. I also enjoyed the filtered water machines on every floor. This was very useful.
The bar staff could be more engaging. Their service was adequate, but lacked the warmth that would elevate the experience.

The breakfast had a great coffee machine plus a good selection of fruits, cheeses, and breads. Numerous hot entrees were available. I especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice (such a treat!).

The room was comfortable and spacious. There were separate large rooms for both the toilet and walk-in shower. My room had a view of the sea port where the cruise ships docked, quite scenic.

mixed feelings about THE stay
unsmiling staff pool maintenance
the location was ACCEPTABLE because it was near things.
I had some issues. The bar staff wasn't that great, they barely smiled. the pool was being fixed and they were using power tools, this made it hard to relax ON the terrace. i REALLY was expecting more.

dim lighting unenthusiastic staff
the breakfast was decent enough (though nothing to write home about).
The room lighting proved problematic. it felt excessively dim, hindering simple tasks. the staff also didn't seem particularly invested in resolving issues. A bit more enthusiasm would have been welcome.

excellent stay
efficient check-in friendly staff amazing view food variety
The check-in was efficient and the staff was friendly. the hotel entrance is inside a modern shopping center. Elevators take you to reception. the rooftop has amazing views of the town and surrounding area. breakfast had a great variety of foods for everyone (i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries).
some outlets in the room were not conveniently placed.
